OCEAN <br/>‘Conversations’ MV

The Ocean Saxophone Quartet is an Asian-Australian group based in Melbourne. All four members were born in their respective Asian countries, and later grew up in the multicultural cities of Australia. It is their mission to bring music from their familial cultures to new audiences, representing the unique stories of the Asian-Australian voice to classical music.
“Conversations” is a music video collaboration between BPM Studios, Ocean, and pianist Wendy Xingyu Chen. It features music by Asian-Australian composer Jordon He titled “Conversations at a Yum Cha Restaurant'' which integrates iconic Chinese melodies with comedic skit-like dialogue.
Ultimately, this music video embodies the friendship between the Ocean members: dry Asian banter and the sharing of their passion for music over a delicious meal
